○午後は葉千栄さんの講演を聴きに行く。面白かったなあ。以下は若干のメモ。

●米中関係に質レベルの変化が起きている。今や日米ではなく、米中が現状維持勢力になっている。むしろ日本が「ないものねだり」モード。中国は米国債を買い続ける覚悟を固めている。

●台湾は生産でも金融でも市場でも中国と一体化。今や台湾内で毛沢東の肖像入りの人民元が流通している。もはや生活水準は上海の方が台北よりも上。

●中国は「非市場経済国」としてWTOに加盟しているが、これを「市場経済国」として認定させることが中国の次の課題。でないとアンチダンピング提訴が止まらない。アメリカ側にとっては、これが次のカードになる。

●中国国内の政争の中心は「弁公室」。有力政治家には4～50人のブレーングループがついていて、彼らが力を持っている。「江沢民対胡錦濤」みたいな絵解きは当てはまらない。習近平、李克強、王岐山などの弁公室に注目。

○今や日本国籍になって、日本語と日本式思考にすっかり慣れてしまった葉さん、中国で論争しているときに、「でも先行き不透明だから・・・」と言った瞬間に周りの中国人たちに大笑いされてしまった由。「先行き不透明だなんて、先行きは不透明に決まっているじゃないか」「お前は未来が分からなかったら、何も出来ないのか」と言われ、愕然としてしまったとのこと。これは日本人として、とても耳が痛いことだと思います。
